It's Sunday, January 4, 2009 - last day of our Christmas vacation for 2008. It's sad to say good-bye to last year with highlights such as our 10th wedding anniverary, the purchase of our new house and move, Leslie's permanent teaching position, Jon transferring to commerical electrician, Stefan turning 7, Zoe turning one year old, our niece Maddie being born, the expansion of Jon's parents' business and both of Leslie's parents retiring.
We had a lovely Christmas - 24th at Bardal's, 25th at cousin Dawn's house, Boxing Day at Leslie's parents' in Gimli and then New Years at our new house here in Niverville. We lovingly call it Niver-NiverLand!
What's the first thing that is big and exciting to happen in this brand new year???... Zoe is officially off her soother! It took two days and she's doing fabulously!
